Mini-Dresser re-decorated

Hey Sweeties,

heute habe ich mich mal ganz meiner Kreativität hingegeben und meine Mini-Kommode von IKEA (ca. 15€, gibt's hier), die mich nun seit meiner Kindheit begleitet, umgestaltet.
Als Erstes habe ich mir einige Bilder rausgesucht, den Schubladen entsprechend groß ausgedruckt und zugeschnitten.


Anschließend habe ich die Bilder dann mit einem Klebestift auf die Schubladen geklebt. Das Ganze ist echt super easy und sieht einfach klasse aus! :)
Hier noch ein kleiner Extra-Tipp: Ich habe Bilder ausgesucht, an denen man gleich den Inhalt der Schublade erkennen kann (z.B. Lippen für Labellos oder Haare für Haaraccessoires).

Today I re-decorated my mini-dresser from IKEA (ca. 15€, buy here), that I got when I was very young. At first, I searched for some pretty pictures, printed them out and cut them at the size of the drawers. Then I glued the pictures on the dresser - that's it, it's very easy and looks so cool! :)
Here's an extra tip: The pictures I've chosen show what's inside the dresser (e.g. hair for hair accessories or an iPhone case for iPhone stuff).

ASOS - for the very first time!

Hey Sweeties!

Ich lebe noch! Nach vielen stressigen Monaten habe ich mich endlich wieder mal wieder auf meinen Blog begeben, um einen neuen Post in die Welt zu setzen.
Gestern habe ich meine allererste Bestellung bei ASOS aufgegeben! Oh mann, ich bin sooo aufgeregt auf die tollen Sachen. Meine Wahl fiel auf zwei Kleider aus dem Sale, die mir beide sofort ins Auge gefallen sind. Eins aus nude-farbenem Tüll mit goldenen Pailletten verziert und eins aus marine/weißer Spitze im maritimen Look. Und zu guter Letzt eine Tasche, die ich schon seit mindestens zwei Jahren im Visier hatte: eine gesteppte Bodybag in nude. Hier war ich mir wegen der Farbe zunächst unsicher. Schwarz oder nude? Letztendlich habe ich mich für nude entschieden, denn eine schwarze gesteppte Tasche landet in ferner Zukunft hoffentlich mal als "Chanel 19-55" in meiner Sammlung ;)

Guess what? I'm still alive! After many stressfull months I finally found the time to create a new post here on my blog!
Yesterday I placed my very first order at ASOS! I'm soooo excited for the clothes I ordered. I've chosen two dresses from the sale section. One out of tulle in nude with golden sequins on it and one out of navy blue and white coloured lace in a maritime style. And last but not least a bag I wish for for two years or more: a quilted bodybag in nude. I wasn't sure about the colour at first, wheather I should take black or nude, but in the end I've chosen the nude one, because I want my future black quilted bag to be a "Chanel 19-55" ;)

Thoughts on upcoming trends

Hey Sweeties,

Ich habe heute mal darüber nachgedacht, was für Trends in nächster Zeit auf uns zukommen werden. Zum ersten denke ich, dass der Film "The Great Gatsby" mit Leonardo di Caprio, der in den Kinos läuft (ich muss ihn gucken), die Mode der 20er Jahre wieder aufleben lassen und somit letztendlich auch einen Einfluss auf die Trends der kommenden Saison haben wird. Fransen, Feder, Stirnbänder und Glam-Locken à la Dita van Teese dürften dann wohl keine Seltenheit mehr sein.
Außerdem stelle ich mir für den Herbst dunkle Blau- & Grautöne an Wollpullovern, Mänteln oder Accessoires vor, ähnlich wie die riesige Palette von Rot- & Rosatönen bei H&M im letzten Herbst. 

In der nächsten Woche werde ich nichts von mir hören lassen, da ich auf Abiabschlussfahrt am Goldstrand in Bulgarien bin. Partytime! :) Aber in fast einer Woche bin ich schon wieder da und werde mich dann mal mit meinem ersten Outfitpost beschäftigen...bis dahin wünsche ich euch einen schöne Woche!

Today I thought about upcoming trends in the next time. At first I think that the movie "The Great Gatsby" will have a huge impact on the upcoming fashion trends and will revive the 1920ties with its fringes, feathers, headbands and glam curls à la Dita van Teese. Secondly, I think that dark blue and grey tones will be found this fall on a jumper, coats or accessory, just like the many different pink and red tones last fall at H&M.

Next week I won't post anything, I will be on holiday at the Golden Sands of Bulgaria because I finished school this year. But next week I'll be back and then I will prepare my first outfit post. See you...and have a nice week!
